1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rivaros services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Rivaros provides web design, web development, mobile app development, SEO, social media management, and digital marketing services as outlined in individual project agreements or service contracts.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, project work requires a 50% deposit before work begins. Monthly services are billed in advance. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom work created for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rivaros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
