Cancellation & Refund Policy

Project-Based Work

For project-based engagements, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time invested in discovery, planning, and initial design work. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed at that time.

Monthly Services

Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media management, Google Ads) can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive service through the end of the paid period with no additional charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if Rivaros fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues before processing a refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund, please contact us in writing at hello@rivaros.com with your project details and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
